Payment and Refund Policies 

Students must pay a deposit of the first month and last month tuition, or the total amount of their tuition, whichever is less, at the time of registration. Students participating in the home stay program must pay for one month, as well as the home stay placement fee, at the time of registration. Airport reception, if requested, must also be paid in advance. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, international money order, or direct deposit to our bank account.

Please note that ABCE Language School Inc. has a new policy for students requiring an acceptance letter for visa purposes. 
Students requiring an acceptance letter must pay the full tuition or the first and last months, whichever is less, before the acceptance letter will be issued. If a balance is owed, the tuition must be paid on monthly basis. This policy does not change ABCE's refund policy for students who are not granted a visa. Our policy regarding home stay arrangements is also not affected.    Refunds are given under the following conditions:

Visa Refusal

If a student's visa application (either visitor or student) is refused and no further appeal is possible, a refund will be given. In such cases, the student will receive a letter from the local Canadian Embassy outlining the reasons for visa refusal. A copy of this letter must be submitted to the school before a refund can be given. Failure to submit this letter will result in no refund being given.

Refund Amount:
Tuition 100% minus $150.00 registration fee
Home stay 100% minus $250 administration fee

Course Cancellation
If a course is cancelled by ABCE Language School a full refund will be given.

Voluntary Withdrawal
If a student voluntarily withdraws from a course, no refund will be given.

A student may arrange, however, to delay the training until a later date. Such an arrangement must be agreed upon, by the student and ABCE Language School, prior to the student's withdrawal from his/her current course.
